Our Core Minerals Drilling Team continues to grow with the recent addition of Drilling Engineer, Brian Terrel. He will work with Mike McLear and Tommy Morris on workovers and new drilling projects with special emphasis on Horizontal Drilling. Brian has been a Drilling Consultant for over twelve years and was most recently employed by Rex Energy in Bridgeport, Illinois as Horizontal Drilling Supervisor.

Brian developed his oil and gas experience in Michigan as the Operations Manager for Peninsular Oil & Gas Company and as Drilling Engineer for Dart Oil & Gas Company. He has also consulted various energy companies in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Wyoming. Brian attended Northwest Michigan College majoring in Petroleum Technology.

Horizontal Directional Drilling is greatly enhancing oil and gas recovery in old plays where conventional drilling could not previously penetrate.
