John A. Gasser

John A. Gasser, Chief Financial Officer of Core Minerals Holdings, LLC, is an accomplished and proven entrepreneur in real estate and retail marketing ventures. As lead Franchisee for the 38-unit chain, Athletic Attic, Gasser was involved with the purchase and subsequent sale of the franchise group to Just for Feet and remained as President of the Athletic Attic Division until the company was sold.

Gasser has also served as Executive Vice President of David Hocker and Associates Real Estate Development Company which operates and develops Shopping Centers and Malls in the southeast region of the United States. A company with 350 employees, his responsibilities encompassed approximately 30 malls and strip centers with a footprint in excess of 4.5 million square feet and an asset value of over $850 million.

Honored as Business Student of the Year at Louisiana State University, Gasser graduated with a B.S. in Marketing in 1976. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978. His marketing and finance experience is a valuable resource for Core Minerals.
