5/16/2011:Core Minerals announces its closing of a joint venture to develop the Roland Unit Area II located in White County, Illinois. In connection with the transaction, Core Minerals will become operator of the Prospect, including assuming control of the Unit and 64 wells. Core will continue the development of the Prospect with the current owners, Pabeti, Inc. and Brookston Resources, Inc.
11/30/2010:
Core Minerals purchased producing oil properties, including 4 wells, located in Webster County, Kentucky, from Jaguar Oil, LLC.
11/1/2010:
Core Minerals purchased the Odon Field, including 7 wells, located in Daviess County, Indiana, from Max Knierim, Inc., et al.
9/1/2010:
Core Minerals purchased producing oil and gas assets from Sun Exploration, Inc., including 35 wells located in Henderson and Webster Counties, Kentucky, and Gibson County, Indiana.
5/5/2010:
Core Minerals completed a significant divestiture of producing oil and gas assets to CountryMark Energy Resources, LLC, which included approximately 1,000 wells located throughout the Illinois Basin.
12/18/2008:
Core Minerals completed its purchase of undeveloped New Albany Shale Acreage and pipeline connection from Imperial Petroleum, Inc. within the Claymour Field in Todd County, Kentucky, adding to its extensive leasehold position in the area.
10/22/2008:
Core Minerals purchased a horizontal well from Clifford B. Mansfield, LLA Exploration, Inc., continuing development operations on the Storms Consolidated Field located in White County, Illinois and entered into a drill to earn farmout of the field.
7/10/2008:

6/27/2008:
Core Minerals purchased producing oil and gas assets from Booth Oil Co., Inc., producing approximately 99 gross barrels of oil per day, located in Clay, Marion, Richland and Wayne Counties, Illinois.

Core Minerals purchased approximately 100 BOPD located in Wayne and Macon Counties, Illinois, from Hartshorne Oil Company, Inc.
4/27/2007:
Core Minerals purchased the assets of KS Oil Corp, producing approximately 133 BOPD, located in Posey and Vanderburgh Counties, Indiana.
4/2007:
Core Minerals purchased the assets of IBEX Geological Consultants, Inc. producing approximately 25 BOPD located in Macon, IL.
8/31/2006:
Core Minerals purchased the assets of Geigo Oil Company, including approximately 417 wells, with gross production averaging approximately 530 barrels of oil per day, located throughout Daviess, Henderson, Hopkins, McLean, Union, and Webster Counties, Kentucky and Posey County, Indiana, oil transportation and hauling equipment, and other oil exploration and production related properties.
8/15/2006:
